A great gift idea, these plaques are made from a combination of painted wood and engraved acrylic and come in a wide choice of colours.

The main plaque measures approximately 20cm and can be personalised with wording of your choice underneath the house design, up to 30 characters.

The hanging hearts measure approximately 5cm and can be personalised with names of your choice, up to 12 characters. These are painted gold to match the border of the main plaque and can be added at £1 each.
