Made from a combination of painted wood and engraved acrylic, these personalised hearts make for really thoughtful Father’s Day keepsakes.

Measuring approximately 15x14cm the main plaque comes in a choice of three names; Daddy, Dad or Grandad. If you would like a different option then please message me and I’d be more than happy to accommodate.

The central part can be personalised with a short message of your choice, up to 50 characters.

The hanging hearts can be added for £1 each and up to 15 can be added. These are painted in gold to match the border of the main plaque.
